CSE Centers of Expertise
The Centers of Expertise on Sexuality Education exchanges knowledge and latest insights between organizations, institutions, peer educators, activists and government decision-makers to support them in delivering and scaling up youth-centered Sexuality Education. and addressing the challenges of large-scale implementation.
The Rutgers Center of Expertise works globally, in collaboration with others, to collect, tailor and disseminate practical knowledge and best practices on the delivery and scale up of youth-centered sexuality education.
The global centers works alongside the IPPF regional Centers of Expertise.
- Planned Parenthood Association of Ghana (PPAG) hosts the African Anglophone center.
- In Togo, the Association Togolaise pour le Bien-Etre Familial (ATBEF) hosts the African Francophone center.
- And, in Colombia, Profamilia host a CSE Center covering the new Americas and Caribbean Region.
The regional Centers of Expertise offer access to existing and newly developed knowledge and tools; facilitate exchange with like minded institutions; support the design of scalable interventions; provide tailored trainings and technical assistance and give access to a platform for others to access and showcase the latest best practices from the field.
