Update on the IPPF Transformation

Dear MA Colleagues,

We have now reached the start of our transition to the new structure. The details of transition, handover and interim resourcing support is now being worked through by Regional Directors and Divisional Directors within IPPF with their teams and more details will be shared by the end of April and over coming weeks.  If you have questions about communication or messaging, please speak with your RD/DD.

Sadly, we will see around 65 colleagues leave us and we thank them for their passion, dedication and commitment to IPPF. They will be missed and we hope that they will remain part of our network of IPPF friends across the world. 

On behalf of Director Leadership Team (DLT) of IPPF, we thank you all for your support and patience during this period.

We look forward to building a new Secretariat as you join us on the journey to deliver a transformational Strategy 2028.

We have around 70% of posts filled and DLT have reviewed priorities and workload for the rest of the year in light of capacity and transition requirements.  More information will be shared about this in teams and across teams as we finalise business plans and budgets over the coming weeks.  We are now embarking on a significant recruitment campaign to fill 86 vacancies, incorporating new approaches and channels to reach diverse candidates.  You may have seen some of the posts being advertised on the IPPF website and other platforms. We hope you will share them far and wide with your constituencies and stakeholders.

Thank you all for your patience and perseverance. We are a few steps closer to having the Secretariat the new strategy demands.
