We are delighted to announce the commencement of applications for the third cohort of the Investing in Women Leaders Fund. This initiative aims to empower women leaders from diverse backgrounds to drive higher performance across the Federation, fostering a culture grounded in accountability, professionalism, solution orientation, transparency, openness, respect for diversity, integrity, and collaborative engagement.
In this round, the fund is offering three full scholarships for an 18-month International Masters Programmes for Managers.
This transformative programme, delivered by esteemed business schools across the United Kingdom, Canada, Japan, Brazil, and India, provides a unique opportunity for extensive engagement with international leaders and experienced managers, facilitating personal and professional growth.
If you identify as a woman, hold a Director position within IPPF, and can commit to the 18-month duration, we encourage you to apply for this exceptional opportunity.
Key Criteria:
Identify as a woman (in all their diversity)
Currently hold a senior leadership position (minimum one year in the organization)
Commit to an 18-month time frame
Obtain support from your line manager or Board Chair/President for organizational logistics, working leave, workload management, and agreement to accept change
Possess proficient English writing and speaking skills
Commit to one year in the role post-completion of the Masters program
Availability for travel
Readiness to commence the course in September 2024

With only one seat allocated for MA leaders and one for the secretariat, ensure your application stands out for consideration.
Successful candidates will undergo a rigorous selection process, with interviews scheduled for the second week of June. The IMPM Cycle 26 commences in September 2024.
Note: Applicants must provide a letter of support from their organizational line manager or Board Chair/President, affirming readiness to create an enabling environment for the candidate throughout and post-programme completion. Organizational logistics will be supported and reimbursed by the secretariat, as per regional office guidelines.
