Time has once again come when we are ready to offer opportunity of growth and , we are thrilled to invite applications for a new round of under Investing in Women Leaders Fund. The goal of the fund is to invest in women leader in all their diversity to support higher performance across the Federation, grounded in a culture of accountability, professionalism, solution orientation, transparency, openness, respect for diversity, integrity, and collaborative engagement. The fund will have a number of opportunities over the coming years, dedicated to women in roles of leadership in our federation.
Today, the fund is announcing three full scholarships for an 18-months International Masters Programmes for Managers. The exciting program is delivered by business schools across five countries: the United Kingdom, Canada, Japan, Brazil and India. It offers an opportunity for extensive engagement with other international leaders and experienced managers – your peers. The programme is transformative and will help build on your existing leadership qualities. It will introduce you to new ideas and management concepts that will benefit you and your organization. While the program involves travel, the first two modules will be online. The cost of travel, tuitions and lodging will be borne by IPPF.
You might know that we have already had one batch of four women leaders from Federation participating in Cycle 24, we will organize a webinar to hear from them about their experience.
If you identify as a woman (in all their diversity), if you are in a top leadership position in an IPPF Member Association, and you can commit up to 18 months of your time, then this is an invitation for you to apply. Don’t miss this exciting opportunity.
Criteria:
- Identify as a woman (in all their diversity)
- Currently in a senior leadership position (at least one year or more in the organisation)
- 18-month time commitment
- Commitment from line manager or the Board Chair / President to ensure organisational logistics support, working leave, workload management and agreement to accept change
- Good English writing and speaking skills
- Commit 1-year in the role after completion of the Masters programme
- Able to travel
- Readiness to start the course in September 2023

There are only three seats for the MA leaders and one for secretariat, so ensure that your application make it possible to get it, the programme I assure is par excellence!
Successful candidates will be selected through a rigorous process. Interviews will take place in the second week of June. Cycle 25 of IMPM starts from September 2023.
NB: Applicants will require a letter of support from the organizational line manager or Board Chair / President. This letter should clearly state that the organization is ready to create an enabling environment for the candidate during the program to fulfil your completion, as well as after the program as your leadership evolves. The letter should also specify readiness to support all the logistics needed which then can be reimbursed from the secretariat as per the guidance from regional office.
